Drawing on over 13 years of experience being a coach and therapist, and fueled by her own remarkable journey of turning the impossible into reality, Abbey founded Evolving Whole. She works with ambitious parents and professionals to conquer burnout to achieve the life of their dreams and have fulfillment in all areas of life. Abbey is also a guiding light for women on unique journeys, whether it's IVF, the path to becoming a Single Mom by Choice, or navigating the whirlwind of postpartum life. Together, they craft strategies to embrace life's changes and uncover the evolving identity that accompanies motherhood. On a personal note, against many odds she became a Single Mom by Choice at age 41. Abbey is also the founder of the Ambitious Mamas Collective: A Space to Thrive which is a free virtual meetup for self driven moms to connect deeply, share struggles, wins and resources, and time for reflection.
